Appointment Policy

Appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.  While unscheduled visits are not encouraged, arrivals will be seen as time allows.  An unscheduled visit surcharge will apply.  Our clinic's hours are Monday through Fridays 8am - 6pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm. Our clinic may be closed certain national holidays.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.
